Sedona Yoga Retreat

Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock

Reviving the spirit, nourishing the body and mind, cultivating a sense of well-being! Our tranquil retreat included:

  • Luxury accommodations in the heart of Sedona at Hilton Sedona Resort at Red Rock. Both private and shared suites included breathtaking views of the Red Rocks with in-room fireplaces!

  • Daily yoga with Jen and Sue! We had early morning yoga outside, bringing all the elements Sedona has to offer into our practice. Evening practices were in the Eforea Spa gym. We explored many types of yoga active vinyasa to build strength and flexibility; myofascial release using a variety of balls to release tension in shoulders, lower back and feet; meditation and slow flow yoga to remind us to slow down, absorb our surroundings and be present. 

  • Each day was built around a theme including thoughts and intentions for the day, exploration of the variety of yoga breathing techniques and introduction to the use of mudras or hand gestures. 

  • The trip included two adventures. We took a sunset a jeep trip around Sedona, off roading into Oak Creek Canyon. We also took a day long trip to the Grand Canyon on a private coach, taking a hike around the Bright Angel Rim and stopping for lunch at the Bright Angel Lodge.  

  • Downtown was mixed with spa appointments, relaxing by the pool, shopping in Sedona's galleries and boutiques and of course lots of beautiful hiking through Oak Canyan and Bell Rock.  New and old friends took adventures together, while some enjoyed peace and quiet on their own. 

  • Breakfast and gourmet dinners were included most days. Meals not included provided an opportunity for people to experience Sedona's delicious cuisine.
